Policy:

Conditions of sale:  Please choose underwear carefully, NSW Health Regulations prevents us from exchanging underwear purchased and taken away from Avalon Uncovered unless item(s) is/are in a completely unworn/new state (as below in exchange).

Please leave underwear on when trying on all garments for health & hygiene purposes

Exchange:  

Within 10 days of purchase, providing the item has not been worn, washed or altered, the swing tags are attached and the docket is provided as proof of purchase.

Faulty goods must be acknowledged by the company concerned before a replacement can be finalised.

There is no exchange or refund on any sale or discounted items

Lay-bys:

25% initial deposit which is retained if lay-by is cancelled

All lay-bys must be finalised within 6 weeks

No exchange on lay-by goods

Customer Orders:  

25% deposit on all special customer orders which is fully refundable if stock is unavailable but retained if customer cancels the order.  Imported special orders may take up to 6 weeks
